Celebrating A Second Successful Rubber Boots Festival!

The second Land of the Voyageurs Rubber Boots Festival took place almost two weeks ago, and the members of the French River Cultural Industries Council (FRCIC) are elated by the huge turnout and ever so grateful for the support and encouragement of the community.
